Ticket Policy

Casts, programs, prices, and schedules are subject to change. If you can’t use your tickets, please consider donating, or giving them to friends and family.

Tickets are non-transferable. Only Winner’s Circle members may exchange tickets for another date pending availability at no additional cost. This includes any additional performance tickets requested after June 1 by Winner’s Circle members.

Otherwise, all ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. 

If Opera Saratoga has to cancel a performance for any reason, we will contact you with options to exchange, donate or receive a refund for your tickets.
